The Film

M44 HT in motion.

The sport cruiser for intelligent cruising — economical, fast and thought through to the last corner.

The M44 HT proves that you don't need excessive engine power to travel briskly and comfortably: two Volvo Penta D6 EVC/E/DPI engines of 400 hp each take the hardtop cruiser to around 34 knots at a fuel consumption for which boats of this size usually call on considerably more horses in the engine room. Relaxed cruising is at 27 to 29 knots.

Her hallmark is the large folding roof — one of the largest in its class. Open, the M44 HT becomes a true open-top; closed, the roof's excellent insulation creates a warm, sheltered space. Beneath it: the dining area behind the helm, the grill to port and a chaise longue that uses the roof opening for sunbathing.

The interior bears the signature of Christian Grande's design studio in Parma — contemporary, functional, elegant. Two cabins, two bathrooms and five berths on just under 14 metres. Every square centimetre is used, nothing feels cramped. Joystick and bow thruster make berthing child's play.

Cranchi M44 HT — hull colours compared in the Atelier

Hull colour

Grigio Cosmo

Four different tones for the M44 HT: the balanced Grigio Cosmo, the architecturally clean Bianco Panama, the deep, warm Espresso and the confident Verde Audace — each finish a character of its own.

Cranchi M44 HT — Hard Top layout

Hard Top — the large folding roof above helm and dinette

On board

Cleverness meets simplicity.

The large folding roof

Maximum protection or a true open-top feeling: the folding roof, one of the largest in its class, opens up the cockpit completely. Closed, the excellent insulation creates a warm, sheltered space for cooler days.

Analogue meets digital

The instrumentation combines classic analogue gauges with modern displays — a cockpit with character. Joystick and coupled bow thruster make manoeuvring the 14 m yacht child's play.

Dining corner, grill & chaise longue

Behind the helm the dining area under the roof, to port the grill and a chaise longue that cleverly uses the roof opening for sunbathing. Every surface has more than one job.

Two cabins, two bathrooms

Owner's and guest cabin, each with its own bathroom, plus a convertible saloon: five berths on just under 14 metres. The facelift by Christian Grande's studio makes the spaces bright, contemporary and homely.

Bathing platform & garage

The bathing platform lowers hydraulically, and the aft garage takes water toys or a tender dinghy — perfect for long days of swimming at anchor.

Intelligent cruising

Where other boats of this size call on two hundred horsepower more, the M44 HT achieves the same performance with lower consumption, less maintenance and lower purchase costs — good boatbuilding instead of brute force.
